Can I change prices of items?
Yes, you do have the ability to change the prices of each item you sell. There is, however, a minimum price you can offer items at that we call the “base cost”. Please see our item pricing sheet to see here for pricing information on each item.
How do I change a product price?
First, you need to login to your dashboard (button is at the top/right of your page). Go to the “admin” tab. One of the first buttons you’ll see on that page says, “set pricing.” This will allow you to set all your prices.
How do I get paid?
We send you your payouts via PayPal. Go to the “admin” tab on the dashboard and scroll down to the section labeled “Home Slider Image & Site Data.” Here, you will see a place to enter your PayPal email address. Enter that in and you are good to go!
When will I be paid?
Payouts are sent out at the end of every month.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are $4.95 for domestic and $9.95 for international.
Who pays for the shipping?
The customers who are purchasing the items pay the shipping.
How long does shipping take?
Your customer will receive their order within 7-10 days from order date.
Can I hide colors and products?
Yes, select “Choose items” under the “Hide Products & Colors” column in your dashboard page and you will be able to hide unwanted products and colors from your site. We have a hide all black or white apparel setting at the top of the page that will save you time from manually hiding these colors for each product.
How do I edit my home page?
Select the “Edit home Page” icon at the top or bottom of your home page. This will direct you to your admin page where you will see a “Home Page Editor” at the top of the screen. Select this tab and you’ll be able to edit all images and text by clicking on the section you want to change.
How do I add a favicon?
Log into your admin page and toward the bottom there is a field for you to upload a favicon. Please follow the size specifications.
Does Nymbl market my products?
No, we do not market specific stores. However, we can offer you some guidance on how to market your own store. This article and this blog post will help you get started. If you need further help with your marketing, please feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I connect my Nymbl store to my website domain?
Yes. To connect another domain, or subdomain to your nymblsites.com URL, simply create an A record for that domain or subdomain and point it to 18.104.22.168. You must then notify us at email@example.com after that has been completed so we can finish the process. If you aren't sure how to do this please contact your website administrator.
How many designs can I upload?
You can upload up to 50 designs per month on the free tier of the Nymbl Platform. More than 50 and your store will be moved to the subscription based version of the platform. Pricing can be found here.
Is Nymbl really free?
Yes, until you have over $1,000 in sales in a month or more than 50 design uploads in a month. At that point, your store will be moved to a subscription based version of the platform. Pricing can be found here.
